When she passed the business down to her daughter, Tina Grigoratos, Heaven’s Kitchen entered a new chapter. Tina grew up watching her mother pour passion into every dish, and she wanted to honour that legacy while adding her own touch of innovation. With a fresh vision and a smart idea, Tina decided to modernise the restaurant by combining tradition with technology.
